Anger management

In Assamese, there is a saying,” Khong Naame Chondal”. That means if you are person who gets angry in the least possible thing, then there is pretty much 100% possibilities to lost everything. There are countless ways to get angry; similarly, there are countless other ways to manage your anger. But, for the first, you have to identify which things annoy you to get angry. Many of us get angry when tummy is not full. So, if you are that kind of person then I suggest you to carry a snakes bar in your pocket, or, you can learn to control your hunger (like me..!!).

Main problem with anger management is that the angry person doesn’t want to control his or her emotions. All they want is to do something crazy which makes his or her adrenaline level down. So, to control your anger you must act before you gets angry, once you step forward then it is very hard to coming back. There are various stories to describe that anger is a very bad emotion. But, if you can find your own story then it would be the best among all. If you could just think what would happen after you gets angry then I am sure that you can control your anger. Sometimes, anger is a good thing too. But, that depends upon you how you are going to use it. For example, it is said that Ferruccio Lamborghini started his car production because he was insulted by Ferrari. So if he was being mad and wanted to do something crazy like fighting with Ferrari officials, then we probably won’t see the Lamborghini Aventador today (though me and most of us can only afford a picture of it).
It is very important to learn how to channelize the anger. You would find many obstacles in controlling your anger. We all think that being angry is depends upon the people around us and the environment we live in. nobody likes to take the blame. Nobody likes to find out the main reason behind it. Thus, the main obstacle in controlling anger is none other than us. We and only we are responsible for everything.  This is the main reason for every devastating situation. Once someone understand that if he or she must not get angry for whatever reason may be, then the scenario would have been much better.

Before thinking how to control the anger, let us think how to not get angry. If you think a little you can find out that this phenomenon is not something that occurs instantly. Everyone gets a feeling that he or she will go to get angry at someone or something in the next few moments. So, before the next moment comes we have some time to think about the future and the consequences. I am pretty sure that most of us will cool down by thinking like this. Just by thinking we can prevent many unwanted situations.

There are some incidents where thinking about the future won’t prevent getting angry. So, at that time there is a very good way to keep calm. This was suggested by many and everybody knows it. It works to great many extant. The way is to count backward, from 100 to 0. Like this, we can able to divert our mind from the anger evolving situation and thus, eventually the anger cools down.

It is always better to laugh than get angry. Internet says that when you are angry, 7 muscle groups activated and when you are smiling only 3 muscle groups activated. So, my advice is, please keep calm, stay away from anger, keep smiling and make others smile, stay healthy… bye… bye….

(p.s.:- please comment with a smile, don’t get angry)
